The OWN Studio is a cult UK fashion label that sells contemporary bridal and evening-wear, with a lifestyle range (available to shop online or at their Old St. concept studio).
THE OWN STUDIO
The brief was to formulate a strategy, relaunch The OWN Studio's e-commerce website, develop international and UK booking systems, design and automate email marketing comms.
Project managed the launch of a new website, including migration of data, and the launch of collections such as evening wear, drop-ship homeware, and party dresses. Designed and developed multiple bespoke pages across the website, implementing UX & SEO improvements.
Created a booking platform for international pop-up appointments in LA & NYC. Created booking platform for UK appointments, and managed the migration across to new platform; with automated HTML formatted confirmation & reminder emails, and SMS notifications.
Designed newsletter templates and blog posts. Created audience segments and set-up email automations to increase efficiency and revenue.
